What is your return policy for damaged items?
We take great care in packaging our fragile items, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging for a full replacement or refund.
Are Belleek products microwave and dishwasher safe?
While our modern tableware collections are often dishwasher and microwave safe, any pieces featuring hand-painted gold detailing or older vintage designs should never be placed in a microwave or dishwasher.
How can I verify the authenticity of my Belleek piece?
Every authentic piece of Belleek Pottery features a specific trademark stamp on the base. The color and design of this 'mark' can help identify the era in which your piece was handcrafted in our factory in County Fermanagh.
Can I include a gift message with my order?
Absolutely. During the checkout process, you can select the gift option to include a personalized message, which we will print on a premium card and include with your shipment.
